Michael Svidén is a big swede, livin´ in the westcoast in Sweden in Halmstad.
He´s 43 years young and a big Pink Floyd -fan. In early years he listen to
Genesis, Yes and Pink Floyd. He played in some similiar bands, playing their
songs in the sleep. He started playing the guitar at an early age. During the
summer holyday he worked in a musicshop to afford buying his first electric
guitar. It was a Duke. Since than he got a new guitar for each epoch in his
musical life. At the time he got his Fender Stratocaster it was Jimi Hendrix
and stuff like that he played then... In 2003-2005 he was playing guitar in a
swedish popband Swedish Whistler. The band went to Cambridge in august 2004
for a gig at the Rockinbeerfest in Huntingdon/Cambridge. One of the songs they
played then was "See Emily Play" and some other songs. They went to Syd
Barrets home in Cambridge and putted a Tribute record "Vegetable Man" in his
mailbox, without disturbing him offcourse. In respect for his private life.
After that trip to UK they went home again and Michael did this song, he
called it "We Know Where Mr Barrett Lives".
It was a glorious evening, we vent to Cambridge for a gig.

Michael is no longer in the band, he´s now producing his own songs at his home
in Halmstad, Sweden. This summer of 2006 Roger "Syd" Barrett died and Michael
is now in greaf. And this song is now a tribute to Syd Barrett.. The song &
text is already on a record in Italy and Michael hope you enjoy the song on
